We're so glad you're here! At Faith Lutheran Church in Lacey, WA, we want every person to feel welcomed, accepted, and valued. Whether you're new to the area, visiting with family, or exploring church for the first time, we invite you to experience the love of Jesus in worship and fellowship.
After each service, you're welcome to join us in the Fellowship Hall for coffee, refreshments, and conversation. It's a great way to meet people and feel at home in our church family. And please join us between services for our Gather & Grow Time, with options for children, youth, and adults.
Worship WIth Us
Each Sunday we gather for two worship services that connect God's unchanging truth to everyday life. Our EARLY WORSHIP is a more traditional liturgical service structured on God's Word and hymns. Our LATE WORSHIP is more blended in style, using more contemporary styles of music together with an authentic worship order.
Both services are streamed. Whether you attend in person or online, you'll find a warm, welcoming environment where Christ is at the center. Each service lasts about an hour, sometimes a little longer.

What to Expect
Worship at Faith Lutheran is focused on how God serves us through His Word and Sacraments. Together, we respond with confession and forgiveness, prayer and praise, and singing hymns and songs of faith. When it comes to attire, there’s no dress code. Some people wear jeans and casual clothes, others dress more formally. Come as you are—you’ll be welcomed either way.
What You need
For each worship service we print a bulletin to guide you, but most of the service elements will be projected as well. Along with your bulletin there should be an announcements sheet (yellow paper) and a Connection/Prayer Card. We appreciate you coming, so please let us know the best way to contact you, along with any ways we can be of help. On the back, please share any prayer requests that we can add to our prayer chain.
Kids Are WElcome
We understand children can get noisy and fussy (as we all do, at times). But we are excited to see children learning what worship is about. It's a blessing for us to know they are hearing God's Word! We typically have a children’s message in our worship where we invite 4th grade and younger to come up front and connect more closely with God's Word. You're welcome to accompany your child if you wish. We also offer a cry room area in our Youth Ministry room during worship, where we present the live stream, allowing you to continue following along.
Holy Communion
In Holy Communion, we receive the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus in, with and under the bread and the wine. Please see the Communion Info Card in the pews, and check with the Pastor or one of our Elders for help.
Offerings & Support
During the service, an offering is received as our people support the ministry of Faith Lutheran. As our guest, please know that your presence is a gift in itself. Participation in the offering is welcomed but not expected.
School & Childcare Ministry
Our mission extends beyond Sunday worship. Through Faith Lutheran School & Childcare, we provide a Christ-centered education for children ages 18 months through 8th grade. With small class sizes, caring teachers, and an emphasis on academic excellence rooted in faith, our school partners with families to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus.
Community Center & Events
Faith Lutheran also serves the greater Lacey community through our Community Center. From church activities and ministry events to weddings, receptions, and community gatherings, our campus is a place of connection and service.
