  • The School Board of Faith Lutheran Christian School (FLCS) provides guidance, oversight, and prayerful leadership to ensure our school remains faithful to its mission of offering Christ-centered education. Each member brings unique gifts and a shared commitment to supporting our students, faculty, and families.

    At FLCS, the School Board is more than just governance—it is a team of servant leaders dedicated to building a thriving, faith-filled learning community.

  • The FLCS School Board works in partnership with the Principal, pastoral leadership, and faculty to:

    • Provide oversight of policies and procedures

    • Support academic excellence and spiritual growth

    • Steward resources with transparency and integrity

    • Foster collaboration between parents, church, and school

    • Ensure FLCS remains strong for generations to come

  • The board meets regularly to review policies, plan for the future, and support the ongoing ministry of FLCS. Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of every month (subject to change as needed). Parents are encouraged to stay informed and connected by reviewing minutes and attending when appropriate.

  • School board meeting minutes are available for parents and guardians through Sycamore, our school management platform. This ensures transparency and allows families to stay engaged in decisions affecting our school.
